All orders placed by 2:00pm CST will be shipped same day for in stock items.

Core Returns:

Most units we offer include a refundable core deposit. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your core for credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Cores must be "like" for "like" for credit to be issued. Cores must be complete without previous disassembly. Cores must not be damaged. Cores must contain all components (ex: sensors, actuators, etc.)

UTF will gladly accept returns on eligible items. These items are subject to a restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on: products that have been installed, piece parts, special order parts.
